Ooohhhh I really like the black!!! It’s a fun twist on what you usually do. It kind of reminds me of Tim’s book.
I guess that means Lauren finally got her copy. If so, I hope she enjoys it.
That said, not a hater.
I like the black, but I think it’s too overpowering at the moment. You lose track of all the drawing. Maybe hold back on some of it, play white against black, silhouettes, etc. Something like this? http://www.crosshatchers.com/marc/jamiecakes.gif
I agree with Marc. I think it’s easier on the eye to have more white. Are you using the Wacom tablet or ink? I’ve never gotten white ink to work, always had to use gouache.
